America US Department of Defense web site with tons of links
to many "support our troops" sites. Great place
to start. "Many independent organizations are ready and willing
to help you support the troops.
Listed here are Web sites for several organizations that are sponsoring programs
for members of the armed forces overseas. While it would be inappropriate for
the Defense Department to endorse any specifically, service members do value
and appreciate this support".

Wounded Warrior Project "The Wounded Warrior Project seeks to assist those men and women of our
armed forces who have been severely injured during the conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan,
and elsewhere around the world".

Operation Military Pride Operation
Military Pride is a volunteer organization with
a wide range of activities-all of which are to boost the morale of our
troops deployed overseas. We not only send cards, letters and care packages
ourselves, but also distribute troop names and addresses to patriots wanting
to send cards, letters or care packages directly to troops.
